Suggested Use
Adults – 1 or more ounces daily, taken throughout the day.
Children – ½ teaspoon per 20 lbs of body weight daily. Best if taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or 3 hours after eating. Shake well before using. May be refrigerated if desired.
